![]() The Aussie Flavours Restaurant Training Project: Students attends in groups of four, on a one day per week basis from 11:00a.m. till 3:00p.m.
![]() Students are trained in the following competencies:
![]() * Work readiness, * Restaurant protocols, * Setting and clearing tables,
![]() * Kitchen service, * Waiter service, * Team work and other related skills
![]() Students are assisted by an Aboriginal Mentor, on site, and are provided with a uniform as part of the training.
![]() This may lead to other work placements and part-time employment in the hospitality industry.
