The Full Service Schools Program m(FSSP) provides support to schools to develop initiatives and alternatives programs for students.The FSSP assist students to complete their schooling or make successful transition to work or some form of education and training.

The Aussie Flavours Restaurant Training Project: Students attends in groups of four, on a one day per week basis from 11:00a.m. till 3:00p.m.
Students are trained in the following competencies:
* Work readiness, * Restaurant protocols,  * Setting and clearing tables,
* Kitchen service,  * Waiter service,  * Team work and other related skills
Students are assisted by an Aboriginal Mentor, on site, and are provided with a uniform as part of the training.
This may lead to other work placements and part-time employment in the hospitality industry.
